Miller-Diebold

Brian and Lisa Burger of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Ann Miller, to Matthew Theodore Diebold. He is the son of Gary and Diana Diebold of Jackson.

Miller received a bachelor of science degree in elementary education from Southeast Missouri State University in May. She is employed with Woodland School District in Marble Hill, Mo.

Diebold received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Southeast in 2004. He is employed by Big River Telephone in Cape Girardeau.

An Oct. 1 wedding is planned at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Jackson.
