Meystedt - Huey

Tom and Diana Harold of Cape Girardeau and Jim and Barbara Meystedt of Franklin, Tenn., announce the engagement of their daughter, Emily Renee Meystedt, to Aaron Scott Huey. He is the son of Tim and Cindy Huey of Cape Girardeau.

Meystedt is a 2007 graduate of Notre Dame Regional High School. She expects to receive a bachelor's degree in speech-language pathology from Missouri State University in May, and plans to pursue a master's degree this fall.

Huey is a 2006 graduate of Central High School. He received a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2010. He is an MWD field engineer with Haliburton in Houston, Texas.

A June 25 wedding is planned at St. Vincent de Paul Church.
