Martin-Livingston

MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- Steve and Beverly Filer of Marble Hill announce the engagement of their daughter, Bianca Starr Martin, to Ryan Scott Livingston, both of St. Louis. Livingston is the son of John and Mary Livingston of Whitewater.

Martin is a 2002 graduate of Woodland High School. She will begin the Healing Arts Center Massage Therapy Program in July.

Livingston is a 1999 graduate of Delta High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in political science from Southeast Missouri State University in 2003. He is with the Missouri Army National Guard Recruiting Office in St. Louis.

A May 21 wedding is planned at the gazebo in Courthouse Park in Cape Girardeau.
