Loper - Goodale

Doug Loper of Wiggins, Miss., and Donald and Brenda Rhodes of Oran, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Melissa Ann Loper, to Trenton Drew Goodale. He is the son of Chuck and Paula Goodale of Scott City.

Loper is a 1999 graduate of Oran High School, and received a medical assistant diploma from Metro Business College.

Goodale is a 2003 graduate of Scott City High School, and received EMT certification from Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center. He is employed with Cape Girardeau Fire Department.

An Aug. 30 wedding is planned at Deerfield Lake.
