Loos - Neumann

Kenneth and Joyce Loos of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelly Lauren Loos, to Rusty Carl Neumann, both of Chatham, Ill. He is the son of Laurie Foster and Ted Neumann of Quincy, Ill.

Loos received a doctorate in physical therapy from Maryville University in St. Louis. She is employed at Premier Physical Therapy in Springfield, Ill.

Neumann received a doctorate in physical therapy from Maryville University. He is employed at Premier Physical Therapy in Virdon, Ill.

An Aug. 11 wedding is planned at St. Luke the Evangelist Catholic Church in Richmond Heights, Mo.
