London - Schlueter

Mark and Connie London of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Candace Christine London, to Matthew Robert Schlueter. He is the son of Tim and Becky Schlueter of Jefferson City, Mo.

London is a 2004 graduate of Central High School. She received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Maryville University in St. Louis, and expects to complete a master's degree in business administration at Maryville in December. She is a contract auditor with the U.S. Department of Defense.

Schlueter is a 2004 graduate of Helias High School in Jefferson City. He received a bachelor's degree in health science in 2008 and a master's degree in physical therapy in 2009, both from Maryville University. He is assistant men's tennis coach at Maryville University.

An Aug. 1 wedding is planned at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Kelso, Mo.
