Lichtenegger - Dumey

Bob and Cindy Lichtenegger of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelley Lichtenegger, to Tyler Dumey, both of Kansas City, Mo. He is the son of Mark and Laura Dumey of Jackson.

Lichtenegger is a 2004 graduate of Jackson High School. She received a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Missouri in 2008. She is employed at Target in Lees Summit, Mo.

Dumey is a 2004 graduate of Jackson High School. He received a bachelor's degree in English from the university in 2008. He is employed by Kansas City Improv.

An Oct. 10 wedding is planned at New McKendree United Methodist Church in Jackson.
