BENTON, Mo. -- James and Brenda LeGrand of Benton announce the engagement of their daughter, Jeannette Marie LeGrand, to Christopher David Florek. He is the son of Bill and Dorothy Thompson of Oran, Mo. BENTON, Mo. -- James and Brenda LeGrand of Benton announce the engagement of their daughter, Jeannette Marie LeGrand, to Christopher David Florek. He is the son of Bill and Dorothy Thompson of Oran, Mo.

LeGrand received a bachelor of science degree from Southeast Missouri State University, and an associate degree in nursing from Southeast Missouri Hospital College of Nursing and Health Sciences. She is a registered nurse with Lutheran Home Health and Hospice.
