Timothy and Sandy Kelley of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Shanna Lynne Kelley, to Shawn Patrick Wilson of Cape Girardeau. Kelley is a 1998 graduate of Notre Dame High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in elementary education from Southeast Missouri State University in 2002. She is a fifth grade teacher at Immaculate Conception School in Jackson.

A July 31 wedding is planned at Immaculate Conception Church in Jackson.
