Kajszo-Savat

Dennis and Yvonne Kajszo of St. Louis announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer C. Kajszo, to Dereck C. Savat. Dennis and Yvonne Kajszo of St. Louis announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer C. Kajszo, to Dereck C. Savat. He is the son of Jeanne Hoffman of Cape Girardeau and Dennis Savat of McClure, Ill.

Kajszo is a 2001 graduate of Parkway West High School in Chesterfield, Mo. She received a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Southeast Missouri State University in 2006. She is a sixth grade teacher at Scott County Central.

Savat attended Egyptian High School in Tamms, Ill. He is employed with his family-owned business, Water Doctor.

The couple plans a summer 2009 wedding in Cape Girardeau.
