BENTON, Mo. -- Randy and Jana Jennings of Bernie, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Haley Annette Jennings, to Allan Drew Silman, both of Benton. He is the son of Mark and Cindy Silman of Benton. Jennings is a 1999 graduate of Bernie High School. She received a degree in business education from Southeast Missouri State University in 2004. Jennings is a 1999 graduate of Bernie High School. She received a degree in business education from Southeast Missouri State University in 2004. She is a teacher with Scott City Schools.
