LEOPOPLD, Mo. -- Tom and Jan Hustedde of Breese, Illinois, announce the engagement of their daughter, Andrea Marie Hustedde, to Darren Joseph VanGennip. He is the son of the late Steve and Mary VanGennip of Leopold.
Andrea is pursuing a second degree at Southeast Missouri State University in pre-veterinary medicine.

A Dec. 12 wedding is planned at St. Dominic's Church in Breese.
