Hines-Moen

Leonard Hines and Jeff and Mary King of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Cheryl Hines, to Michael Lauren Moen of Jacksonville, Fla. He is the son of Roger and Diana Moen of Fargo, N.D.

Hines is a 1993 graduate of Central High School, and a 2001 graduate of Cape Career and Technology Center School of Practical Nursing. She is employed at St. Francis Medical Center.

Moen is a 1993 graduate of Fargo North High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in microbiology from North Dakota State University in 1998, and a doctor of medicine from the University of North Dakota in 2002. He is doing his residency in emergency medicine in Jacksonville.

A June 21 wedding is planned at St. Mary's Cathedral.
