Heinz-Brown

Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Thebald of Peoria, Ill., and Mr. and Mrs. James Heinz of Chillicothe, Ill., announce the engagement of their daughter, Kimberlee Marie Heinz, to Jason Lynn Brown. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Rick Brown of Jackson.

Heinz is a 2001 graduate of Illinois Valley Central High School in Chillicothe. She received a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2005.

Brown is a 2001 graduate of Jackson High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2005. He is an assistant manager with Walgreens in O'Fallon, Mo.

An Oct. 22 wedding is planned at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Edwards, Ill.
