Matthew and Frances Haug of Bonne Terre, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Theresa Haug, to Paul Belvin, both of Cape Girardeau. He is the son of Everett Belvin of Sikeston, Mo., and Violet Belvin of East Prairie, Mo. Matthew and Frances Haug of Bonne Terre, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Theresa Haug, to Paul Belvin, both of Cape Girardeau. He is the son of Everett Belvin of Sikeston, Mo., and Violet Belvin of East Prairie, Mo.

Haug received a bachelor of science degree in education and a master's degree in public administration from Southeast Missouri State University. She is coordinator of orientation and first-year programs at the university.

Belvin received a bachelor of science degree in finance from Southeast University. He is a branch manager with US Bank.

An Oct. 11 wedding is planned in Cape Girardeau.
