Harrington - Cotner

Rick and Julie Harrington of Hazelwood, Mo., formerly of Cape Girardeau, announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Ann Harrington, to Matthew Ryan Cotner, both of Sikeston, Mo. He is the son of Ronald and Karen Cotner of Cape Girardeau.

Harrington received a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Southeast Missouri State University in 2005. She is an accountant with Bucher and Eftink, LLC, in Sikeston.

Cotner is a 2003 graduate of Southeast Missouri Law Enforcement Academy, and a member of the 354th Military Police Co. in St. Louis. He is employed by Sikeston Department of Public Safety.

A March 2009 wedding is planned.
