Gilman -- Uchtman

Douglas and Marge Stacy of Jackson announce the engagement of their granddaughter, Ashley Nichole Gilman of Jackson, to Joshua Michael Uchtman of Cape Girardeau. He is the son of Deb Uchtman and Alan and Patti Uchtman, all of Steeleville, Illinois. Ashley is the daughter of the late Dawn Gilman.

Ashley received a degree in holistic health and life coaching from The Integrative Institute for Nutrition in New York. She owns her own private practice, Dawn of Life Coaching.

Joshua is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. He works at BioKyowa Inc.

A Dec. 3 wedding is planned in Jackson.
