UNIONTOWN, Mo. -- Yelena and Sergey Povoroznyuk of St. Louis announce the engagement of their daughter, Natalie Gelman, to James Bock, both of St. Louis. He is the son of Gene and Leola Bock of Uniontown.
Natalie is a graduate of Ladue High School, and received a bachelor of science degree in business management from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She is an operations manager at Heartland Bank in Clayton, Missouri.

James is a graduate of Perryville High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from UMSL/Washington University, and a master's degree in structural engineering from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. He is a senior estimating engineer at Nooter/Eriksen.
An Aug. 29 wedding is planned in Gulf Shores, Alabama.
