ADVANCE, Mo. -- Dwayne and LuAnn Abner of Advance announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Marie Foster, to Jason Frank Lee Sr., both of Charleston, Mo. He is the son of Frank and Suzanne Lee of Charleston. Foster is also the daughter of the late Nancy Abner of Oran, Mo.

Foster is a 1995 graduate of Oran High School.
