Forrester-Weltch

Herb and Kathy Forrester Jr. of Oklahoma City, Okla., formerly of Cape Girardeau, announce the engagement of their daughter, Mandy Forrester, to Charlie Weltch. He is the son of Judy May of Springfield, Ore.

Forrester is a graduate of Bishop McGuinness High School in Oklahoma City, and is attending Oklahoma State University. She is employed at Communication Federal Credit Union.

Weltch is a graduate of Thurston High School in Springfield, and is pursuing a medical degree at Oklahoma State University. He is employed at Southpark Health Care Center in Oklahoma City.

A Feb. 15 wedding is planned at St. Charles Borromeo Church in Oklahoma City.
