Fluegge-Kangas

Ronald and Wilma Fluegge of Whitewater announce the engagement of their daughter, Anna Fluegge, to Jacob Kangas, both of Springfield, Mo. He is the son of Terry Henley-Vogt of Livona, Mich.

Fluegge expects to receive a bachelor's degree in architecture from Drury University in Springfield in 2008. She is an intern at Creative Ink Architects, LLC, in Springfield.

Kangas is pursuing degrees in machine tool technology and drafting at Ozark Technical Community College in Springfield. He is a machinist at Positronics Industries in Springfield.

An Oct. 20 wedding is planned at the Fluegge Farm.
