JACKSON, Mo. -- Bev Wiedefeld of Jackson and Ray Wiedefeld of Gordonville, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Whitney Marie Wiedefeld, to Todd Daniel Conklin of Jackson. He is the son of Danny and Lois Conklin of Cape Girardeau. Wiedefeld is a 1995 graduate of Jackson High School. JACKSON, Mo. -- Bev Wiedefeld of Jackson and Ray Wiedefeld of Gordonville, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Whitney Marie Wiedefeld, to Todd Daniel Conklin of Jackson. He is the son of Danny and Lois Conklin of Cape Girardeau.

Wiedefeld is a 1995 graduate of Jackson High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in elementary education from Southeast Missouri State University in 1999. She is a teacher at Hearnes Elementary School in Charleston, Mo.
