JACKSON, Mo. -- Willard Schneider of Jackson announces the engagement of his daughter, Shannon Schneider, to Jeff Carnell. He is the son of Bill and Mabel Carnell of Jackson. Schneider is also the daughter of the late Clara Schneider. Schneider is a 1992 graduate of Jackson High School, and a 1993 graduate of cosmetology school. JACKSON, Mo. -- Willard Schneider of Jackson announces the engagement of his daughter, Shannon Schneider, to Jeff Carnell. He is the son of Bill and Mabel Carnell of Jackson. Schneider is also the daughter of the late Clara Schneider.

Schneider is a 1992 graduate of Jackson High School, and a 1993 graduate of cosmetology school. She is a technician at Eye Care Specialists in Cape Girardeau.
