ADVANCE, Mo. -- Mr. and Mrs. Douglas P. Roe of Advance announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Arnel Roe, to Joey Lee Seabaugh. He is the son of Judy Seabaugh of Fredericktown, Mo. Roe received a bachelor of science degree in social work and elementary education from Southeast Missouri State University. She is a learning disabilities teacher with Advance Public Schools...

ADVANCE, Mo. -- Mr. and Mrs. Douglas P. Roe of Advance announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Arnel Roe, to Joey Lee Seabaugh. He is the son of Judy Seabaugh of Fredericktown, Mo.

Roe received a bachelor of science degree in social work and elementary education from Southeast Missouri State University. She is a learning disabilities teacher with Advance Public Schools.

Seabaugh is a graduate of Meadow Heights High School at Patton, Mo. He is employed by Robertson's Construction in Poplar Bluff, Mo.

A Dec. 9 wedding is planned at the United Methodist Church in Advance.
