BENTON, Mo. -- Robert and Josina Perez of Houston, Texas, announce the engagement of their daughter, Raquel Perez, to Jeremy Jason Kluesner. He is the son of Lt. Col. William and Teri Kluesner of Beaver Creek, Ohio, and formerly of Benton.

Perez is a graduate of Mayo Creek High School in Katy, Texas. She is an assistant manager with Clothesline Department Stores in Houston.

Kluesner is a graduate of Spring High School in Spring, Texas. He received a degree in computer science from North Harris County College in Houston. He is employed at Anderson Consulting in Houston.

An Oct. 28 wedding is planned at Spring Woods United Methodist Church in Spring.
