ENGAGEMENTS: PARMER-LEMONS

DUTCHTOWN, Mo. -- Doyle and Julie Parmer of Dutchtown announce the engagement of their daughter, Mindy Nichole Parmer, to Ivan Otto Lemons Jr. He is the son of Robert and Marty Ford of Whitewater, Mo., and Ivan and Phyllis Lemons Sr. of Zalma, Mo.

Parmer is a 1999 graduate of Delta High School, and is majoring in elementary education at Southeast Missouri State University. She is employed by Cell Net Data Services of St. Louis.

Lemons is a 1997 graduate of Delta High School. He is employed at Dana Corp. in Cape Girardeau.

An Oct. 7 wedding is planned at the home of the groom's parents in Whitewater.
