Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Nenninger of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Tracy Lynn Nenninger, to Saul Le Garcia Rodolfo. He is the son of Salvador and Anna Garcia of Lubbock, Texas. Nenninger is a graduate of Notre Dame High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in elementary and special education from Southeast Missouri State University. Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Nenninger of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Tracy Lynn Nenninger, to Saul Le Garcia Rodolfo. He is the son of Salvador and Anna Garcia of Lubbock, Texas.

Nenninger is a graduate of Notre Dame High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in elementary and special education from Southeast Missouri State University. She is a third grade teacher in Sugarland, Texas.
