ENGAGEMENTS: MIRE-JACKSON

JACKSON - Kenny and Sharon Jones of Jackson and Glenn Mire of Baton Rouge, La., have announced the engagement of their daughter, Nina Catherine Mire, to Kenneth James Jackson. He is the son of Bill and Linda Jackson of Arnold.

Mire is a graduate of Jackson High School. She is a junior at Southeast Missouri State University majoring in psychology. She is employed at Cracker Barrel.

Jackson is a senior at Southeast majoring in public relations. He is assistant supervisor of the Student Recreation Center.

A Sept. 2 wedding is planned at Trinity Lutheran Church.
