ENGAGEMENTS: HULL-STOKES

SIKESTON, Mo. -- Doris Jean Barlow Hull and Mark David Stokes of Sikeston announce their engagement. She is the daughter of Alene Barlow of Chaffee, Mo., and the late Rev. Russell Barlow. Stokes is the son of the late Bill Stokes and the late Lelia Stokes of Sikeston.

Hull attended Delta High School and Southeast Missouri State University. She is owner of Heartland Trailer Manufacturing and Sales Inc. in Sikeston.

Stokes is a graduate of Kelly High School, and attended Pikes Peak Community College in Colorado Springs, Colo., and Kansas City Community College in Kansas City, Kan. He served 21 years in the U.S. Army. Stokes is employed with Missouri Department of Transportation in Marble Hill, Mo.

A Jan. 20 wedding is planned.
