ENGAGEMENTS: GLOSEMEYER-ELLIS

Bill and Nancy Glosemeyer of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Julie Michelle Glosemeyer, to David Richard Ellis, both of Overland, Mo. He is the son of Richard and Sharon Ellis of Springfield, Mo.

Glosemeyer is a 1994 graduate of Notre Dame High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Southwest Missouri State University in December 1998. She is a senior accountant with Kiefer Bonfanti and Co. LLP in St. Louis.

Ellis is a 1993 graduate of Greenwood High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in marketing from Southwest University in December 1997. He expects to receive a bachelor of fine arts in graphic design from Maryville University in May 2001.

An Oct. 7 wedding is planned at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
