Wayne and Carolyn Nenninger of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Kassie Elizabeth Bartlett, to James Arthur Foust of Cape Girardeau. He is the son of James and Verlee Foust of St. James.

Bartlett is a graduate of Notre Dame High School, and is majoring in business at Southeast Missouri State University.

Foust is a graduate of John F. Hodge High School in St. James. He expects to receive a degree in aquatic biology in December.

A June 9 wedding is planned at Dunn's River Fall in Jamaica.
