Eeftink - Lakenburger

Richard and Geralyn Eeftink of Leopold, Missouri, announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelly Eeftink, to Matt Lakenburger, both of Cape Girardeau. He is the son of Mark and Sherri Lakenburger of Highland, Illinois, and Jim and Sharon Ortmeyer of St. Peters, Missouri.

Kelly graduated from Leopold High School. She earned a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in accounting from Southeast Missouri State University. She is a senior accountant at SEMO Milling LLC.

Matt graduated from Francis Howell North High School. He earned a bachelor's degree in marketing management from Southeast Missouri State University. He is a regional sales manager at Classic Equine Equipment.

An Oct. 1 wedding is planned in Leopold.
