Edlen - Holzum

Diana Edlen of Jacksonville, Ill., announces the engagement of her daughter, Hannah Edlen, to Garrett Holzum, both of Columbia, Mo. He is the son of Jeff and Mary Holzum of Cape Girardeau. Edlen is also the daughter of the late Steve Edlen.

Edlen is a 2003 graduate of Bluffs High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in nutrition and fitness from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2007, and is in the medical dietetics program at the university. She is a personal trainer in the nutrition department at University Hospital.

Holzum is a 2002 graduate of Notre Dame Regional High School. He received a bachelor's degree in nuclear medicine from UMC in 2006. He is employed in the nuclear medicine department at University Hospital, and is an adjunct instructor in the nuclear medicine program at the university.

A July 19 wedding is planned at Lincoln Avenue Baptist Church in Jacksonville.
