Greg and Lynne Crawford of Marshfield, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Dr. Emily Anne Crawford, to Paul Jonathan Johnson. He is the son of the Rev. David and Valerie Johnson of Jackson.

Emily is a 2012 graduate of the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine. She is associate veterinarian at Marshfield Veterinary Clinic.

Paul received a degree in forestry from the University of Missouri School of Natural Resources in 2008. He is a resource forester with Missouri Department of Conservation.

An October wedding is planned in Marshfield.
