Jacob is a 2006 graduate of Notre Dame Regional High School. He received a bachelor's degree in biology from Maryville University in St. Louis in 2010 and doctorate of chiropractic from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2013. He is a chiropractor at Jackson Healing Arts. He will join Premier Rehab Chiropractic in Swansea, Illinois.
An Aug. 13 wedding is planned at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Alton, Illinois.
