Carbaugh-Mellies

The Rev. Mark and Debbie Carbaugh of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachel Elizabeth Carbaugh, to Andrew Steven Mellies. The Rev. Mark and Debbie Carbaugh of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachel Elizabeth Carbaugh, to Andrew Steven Mellies. He is the son of Dr. Steven and Emily Mellies of Cape Girardeau.

Carbaugh is a 2004 graduate of Eagle Ridge Christian School in Cape Girardeau. She is a senior at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Okla., pursuing a degree in business management.

Mellies received a degree in business management from Oral Roberts in 2007. He is youth pastor at Christian Faith Fellowship, and a basketball coach at Eagle Ridge Christian School in Cape Girardeau.

A June 7, 2008, wedding is planned at First Church of the Nazarene in Cape Girardeau.
