Capps - Rice

CHAFFEE, Mo. — Kenny and Pam Capps of Roach, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Emily Capps, to Joseph Perry Rice IV, both of Rolla, Mo. He is the son of Joseph P. Rice III and Karen Rice of Chaffee.

Capps is a 2003 graduate of Camdenton High School in Camdenton, Mo., and a graduate of Central Methodist University at Fayette, Mo. She is a sixth grade teacher and freshman girls basketball coach at Rolla Middle School.

Rice is a 2001 graduate of Chaffee High School, and 2006 graduate of Central Methodist University. He is a social science teacher and varsity football and baseball coach at Rolla High School.

A June 28 wedding is planned at Lake of the Ozarks.
