Bucher - Segura

KELSO, Mo. -- Frank and Margie Bucher of Kelso announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Lynn Bucher, to Ernesto Rey Segura, both of St. Louis. He is the son of Ernesto and Patricia Segura of Austin, Texas.

Bucher is a graduate of Notre Dame Regional High School in Cape Girardeau. She received a master's degree in accountancy from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2005. She is employed at Scottrade in St. Louis.

Segura is a graduate of Lewis-Palmer High School in Monument, Colo. He received a bachelor of arts degree in environmental population and organismic biology from the University of Colorado in 2000, and a juris doctorate from St. Louis University School of Law in 2008. He is an attorney with Husch Blackwell in St. Louis.

A May 28 wedding is planned at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Kelso.
