Breland - Proctor

Dennis and Rene Breland of Charleston, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Nicole Breland of Cape Girardeau, to Kacey Lee Proctor of St. Louis. He is the son of Gary and Cindy Shelton of Poplar Bluff, Mo.

Breland is a 2003 graduate of Poplar Bluff High School. She expects to graduate this year from Southeast Missouri State University, where she is majoring in business management. She is HR/marketing director at Exit Realty-Thomas Meyer Associates.

Proctor is a 2003 graduate of Poplar Bluff High School. He is a 2008 graduate of Southeast, where he majored in philosophy. He is a second year law student at St. Louis University School of Law.

A June 5 wedding is planned in Poplar Bluff.
