Brian and Sherry Bliss of Carthage, Ill., announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Bliss of St. Louis, to Jared Rouggly of Florissant, Mo. Brian and Sherry Bliss of Carthage, Ill., announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Bliss of St. Louis, to Jared Rouggly of Florissant, Mo. He is the son of Mike and Cindy Rouggly of Jackson.

Bliss received a degree in medical massage science from Missouri College in St. Louis. She is a massage therapist at Central Clayton Chiropractic in Clayton, Mo.
