Atkins-Lueder

CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Jack and Bernice Atkins of Chaffee announce the engagement of their daughter, Sara Dawn Atkins, to Mark Steven Lueder, both of Whitewater. He is the son of Arthur Lueder Jr. of Cape Girardeau, and the late Marion Lueder.

Atkins is a 1998 graduate of Chaffee High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in early childhood education from Southeast Missouri State University in 2003. She is employed at Chaffee Head Start.

Lueder is a 1992 graduate of Jackson High School, and a 1994 graduate of Linn State Technical College at Linn, Mo. He is employed at QC Corp. in Cape Girardeau.

A May 14 wedding is planned at Jackson City Park.
