What do you love about your work?

I love coming to work each day, not only being able to work with my wife and children, but with my Chick-fil-A team, my extended family. I am extremely blessed to have such a remarkable group of people to work and fellowship with.

What's your No. 1 goal at work?

My vision is for my team to make a powerful difference in the lives of everyone we come into contact with, and to exceed every guest's expectations, every time.

What motivates or inspires you?

It is truly inspiring to watch God's hand at work in the lives of our team members and our guests as we experience life together.
