Four Cape Girardeau businessmen have assumed new leadership positions on the Southeast Missouri Hospital Board of Trustees.

Serving as board president is David L. Hahs, a financial representative with the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network. Hahs has served as a trustee since 1980. In addition to his duties as board president, Hahs will serve as chairman of the hospital's Long-Range Planning Committee.

First vice president is Narvol A. Randol, Jr., a board member since 1991. Randol is a self-employed businessman.

Serving as second vice president is Michael D. Kohlfeld, president of Kohlfeld Distributing, Inc. He has been a trustee since 1992.

The new secretary-treasurer is James A. Rust, president of R&M Fabrics and Custom Design Interior. Rust has been a board member since 1993.

Jerry Zimmer, president of Zimmer Radio Group, is immediate past president of the Board of Trustees. He has been a trustee since 1991.

Board members are elected by the Southeast Missouri Hospital Association. The association was incorporated in August 1926 with 23 members. Today, the association consists of more than 820 members.
