PERSONNEL: NEW BRANCH MANAGER AT VECTOR MARKETING

Matthew Young of Cape Girardeau has been promoted to branch manager of Vector Marketing's Cape Girardeau officer, effective May 1.

Young joined Vector as a sale representative in June 1999 at the St. Louis South office. He has served as a certified field training and assistant manger prior to the latest promotion. He is finishing up his sophomore year as a finance major at the University of Kentucky.
