Judith Lang of Cape Girardeau has joined Heartland Insurance as an agent. Lang, who previously served as Downtown Merchants Association president, and headed a group to get Cape Girardeau named as a Main Street participant, is president of Old Cape Town, which operates the Main Street program.
Lang has completed training in life, health and accident insurance.
