Harold Lang, formerly of Old Appleton, Mo., has been honored by AGCO Corp., a farm equipment company headquartered in Duluth, Ga.

Lang, who has been with Massey Ferguson, a wholly owned subsidiary of AGCO Corp., was one of 11 award winners worldwide for exceptional contributions to the company.

Lang is a graduate of Oak Ridge High School and Southeast Missouri State University. He is a senior product development engineer at Hesston, Kans., and is responsible for product development for Massey Ferguson tractors produced in England, Turkey, Japan, Brazil and Italy.

Lang received his award at AGCO headquarters from John Shumejda, CEO of AGCO Corp., and Dexter Schaible, vice president of engineering and product development.
