Attainment of a professional engineering licenses required graduation from a 4-year engineering program, passage of an 8-hour engineer-in-training examination, and four yeas of work experience under supervision of a licensed professional engineer.

Certificates were presented by Charles Owsley, president of MSPE) and Dr. Paul R. Munger chairman of MOAPELS.
