PERSONNEL: ARTIST/OWNER RECEIVES CERTIFICATION

Karla Kiefner, decorative artist and owner of My Painted Garden, has received professional certification offered by internationally known artist Donna Dewberry. Kiefner is one of 1,100 artists nationwide who have acquired the certification.
