Kidd, who joined the center in 1992, is described as a "multi-tasker who is always pleasant and professional," received her award during the recent Employee Relations Day program held at the center.

Cottonwood, on the campus of Southeast Missouri State University, is a Department of Mental Health facility that provides residential treatment services to children and youth, ages 6-17, who have emotional and behavioral problems.
