Nancy Greenley has joined IV Care in Cape Girardeau.

Greenley, a registered nurse, is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, with an associate of arts degree in nursing.

She most recently served with Homedco Infusion in Cape Girardeau as clinical coordinator.

She was previously employed at St. Francis Medical Center, Southeast Missouri Hospital, Regional Dialysis and Internal Medicine Group, all in Cape Girardeau.

Certifications include breast examiner, with breast cancer detection and prevention and continuing education certification through the Missouri Nurses Association.

Jeri Packard of Century 21 Ashland Realty, 105 S. Broadview, has completed the 21 Plus Training Course.

The program, a marketing course, includes real estate selling, financing and business planning, and was conducted in St. Louis.

J. Michael O'Loughlin has been assigned a new position with the Chattanooga, Tenn., school system -- supervisor of instructional auditing and accountability as well as supervisor of data processing.

O'Loughlin received his doctorate from the University of Florida-Gainesville. In April of this year, he received the "Outstanding Research Award in the Field of Educational Finance" from the American Education Association.

O'Loughlin is the son of Tom and Agnes O'Loughlin of Jackson.

Carolyn Kempf, Elite Travel, 354 Silver Springs Road, recently returned from a two-day familiarization trip to the Island of Barbados.

Kempf toured hotels and attended several seminars. She viewed several island sites, including Trafalgar Square, Sam Lord's Castle, Queen's Park and coastlines of the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea.

Jeff Poole has joined Ford Groves Motor Co. as salesman.

Poole, who recently moved to Cape Girardeau, has more than nine years in the auto industry, with three years experience in selling cars.

He previously worked with Union County Motors at Anna-Jonesboro, Ill.

CAIRO, Ill. Monica Smith has been named librarian at the Cairo Public Library.

Smith, of Cairo, was named to her new position by the library's board of trustees, following a three-month search.
